Of course! Clients in my SCALE 1:1 Monetizing Instagram Accelerator have Voxer/text access to me M-F through the duration of our program. Additional support is also available inside the Facebook Group.

How do we have our calls?

I use Zoom so I can share my screen (and phone screen) to make sure you leave every meeting with a clear action plan with zero confusion.

What if I don’t see a time that works for me on your calendar?

No problem- simply email contact@yahyam1.sg-host.com and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer payment plans?

I’m happy to work out a payment plan OR pay-in-full discount. Simply inquire during our initial call.

What type of payment do you accept?

My secure software, Honeybook, accepts bank transfer (preferred) or credit card through. My members only Facebook group uses PayPal subscriptions.

Do you offer refunds?

Results are completely based on you implementing what is taught on our calls, and every business has nuance, meaning I do not “guarantee” results (although I feel pretty damn confident you’ll see them). You MUST remember that Instagram is a totally different platform that it was even a year ago, and results don’t happen as “quickly” as they used to. But rest assured this is why you hire ME, as I purposely didn’t create an online course that would go out of date a week after it was created. I stay up-to-date with current trends, which means you’ll get the latest actionable strategies. TL;DR (too long; didn’t read): No, I do not offer refunds except under extreme circumstances.
